Replica of an existing magazine poster
The magazine poster I have chosen to replicate is Olly Murs', the poster is rather bare as it lacks excessive detail and special effects, because of this, it was rather simplistic to replicate. Using Jack as the model, I was able to recreate the magazine poster, which required me to follow similar steps that the producers of the Olly Murs poster would've had to follow.
Due to my lack of knowledge about how to use photoshop, completing the poster replica was rather dificult. The general positioning of the different elements wasn't too taxing, as I used a keen eye in order to reproduce the poster, and the aspects of the poster weren't difficult to layer on top of each other. By using a colour matching tool, I was able to replicate the 'orange' colour precisely, which meant my recreation was more accurate.
